Welcome to the Légumerie.  If you like good food you've come to the right place.  We provide cooking workshops, demonstrations, and a bespoke vegan catering service.  If you are looking for ways to improve the wellbeing of your workforce, we offer workshops and practical advice aimed at helping people to make healthier food choices.  Or if you are a restaurant owner wondering how to spruce up your plant-based offering, help is at hand.

But that's really just the start of it.  Come to France in the summer and we'll take you on a cycle ride through the Gaillac vines for some dégustation de vins followed by a delicious lunch at our café vélo, La Bonne Echappée.
